Art Terms of Service
By commissioning me you agree to the follow terms of service and have acknowledged you have read and consented to them.General- Client must be 18 years or older to request a commission.
- Commissioned work is for personal use only. If client would like to use their commission for profit, you will need to discuss this prior and pay for commercial rights.
- Artist reserves the right to decline any commission request.
- Artist maintains the copyright of all artwork and it may be posted for promotional purposes such as but not limited to online galleries, merchandise, and advertisements. Client request to keep artwork private is at artist’s discretion and must be discussed prior.
- If reposted, artist will maintain watermark and tag client as able. Client is able to repost with credit to the artist.Payment & Refunds- Payment must be made in full prior to any work is started on client’s commission.
- Short term payment plans are available at artist’s discretion.
- Payment is accepted via Square or PayPal invoice.
- If cancellation occurs, a full refund will only be provided if the commission has not been started. If work has been made, client will only be eligible for a partial refund based on time spent on the commission.Process- Commission request will be discussed between artist and client to determine what is desired. Upon acceptance, client will be invoiced. Once invoice has been paid, client will be added to the art queue for visibility.
- Prior to invoice, artist will have provided client with estimated turnaround time based on current workload and schedule.
- A WIP (work in progress) image will always be provided during the sketching phase for client approval. If commission will be fully rendered, a WIP will be provided prior to shading and rendering to ensure flat color placement is accurate.
- Revisions are unlimited in the case the artist has missed a detail communicated prior to work being started. Otherwise, three revisions will be provided at no cost for the client. After the three revisions it will be at the artist’s discretion if additional revisions will be made and may incur an additional fee. Revisions requested after commission completion may incur an additional fee.
- Upon completion of digital artwork, client will be provided with both a watermarked digital file and unwatermarked version.
