Hello, I'm Pistol of Pistol Pie! I am an artist and maker specializing in a toony art style consisting of original character designs of various critters and silly puns. I provide merchandise such as enamel pins, stickers, shirts, sticker books, and keychains. I also craft fursuits and fursuit parts such as ears and tails. I look forward to working with your and your event!

Product Design

I offer merchandise such as apparel, stickers, enamel pins, keychains, sticker notebooks, and more. I am always expanding and updating with new offerings to appeal to a wide audience.

Art Commissions

Art commissions are accepted both in person at conventions as well as through social media. Offerings range in type and price to accomodate all budgets.

Fursuits & Parts

I provide both fursuits as well as individual parts such as tails in various sizes and colors.

Table Setup

I have been vending and attending conventions for over 5 years and have experience in half table, single table, and full booth setups.

Art Commission Pricing

Basic Headshot
Starting at $25Includes a simple, flat color headshot of your character. Complexity of character may increase the price.

Smoke YCH Badge
Starting at $40Includes a stylized, flat color headshot with minimal shading of your character. Digital file and physical badge will be provided. Free US shipping. Prop can be swapped or removed.

Symmetrical Badge
Starting at $45Includes a symmetrical, shaded headshot badge of your character. Digital file and physical badge will be provided. Free US shipping.

Themed Badge
Starting at $65Includes a shaded bust badge of your character with a themed background of your choosing. Digital file and physical badge will be provided. Free US shipping.

Art Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to the follow terms of service and have acknowledged you have read and consented to them.General- Client must be 18 years or older to request a commission.
- Commissioned work is for personal use only. If client would like to use their commission for profit, you will need to discuss this prior and pay for commercial rights.
- Artist reserves the right to decline any commission request.
- Artist maintains the copyright of all artwork and it may be posted for promotional purposes such as but not limited to online galleries, merchandise, and advertisements. Client request to keep artwork private is at artist’s discretion and must be discussed prior.
- If reposted, artist will maintain watermark and tag client as able. Client is able to repost with credit to the artist.Payment & Refunds- Payment must be made in full prior to any work is started on client’s commission.
- Short term payment plans are available at artist’s discretion.
- Payment is accepted via Square or PayPal invoice.
- If cancellation occurs, a full refund will only be provided if the commission has not been started. If work has been made, client will only be eligible for a partial refund based on time spent on the commission.Process- Commission request will be discussed between artist and client to determine what is desired. Upon acceptance, client will be invoiced. Once invoice has been paid, client will be added to the art queue for visibility.
- Prior to invoice, artist will have provided client with estimated turnaround time based on current workload and schedule.
- A WIP (work in progress) image will always be provided during the sketching phase for client approval. If commission will be fully rendered, a WIP will be provided prior to shading and rendering to ensure flat color placement is accurate.
- Revisions are unlimited in the case the artist has missed a detail communicated prior to work being started. Otherwise, three revisions will be provided at no cost for the client. After the three revisions it will be at the artist’s discretion if additional revisions will be made and may incur an additional fee. Revisions requested after commission completion may incur an additional fee.
- Upon completion of digital artwork, client will be provided with both a watermarked digital file and unwatermarked version.

Fursuit Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to the follow terms of service and have acknowledged you have read and consented to them.General- Client must be 18 years or older to request a commission. ID proof may be requested.
- We reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
- Though pets will not come into direct contact with any work, please be aware work is conducted in a home with pets and cannot be guaranteed to be allergen free.
- Client acknowledges they are receiving a handmade, one of a kind costume and may have imperfections.Communication
- Communication between client and maker will take place over Telegram or Email based on client's preference. Screenshots of conversations may be saved for documentation.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for replies. Business hours are typically M-F 9am-8pm CST. Hours are subject to change based on maker's schedule such as convention attendance.Quotes
- Quotes are not binding and do not guarantee an accepted commission.
- Quotes are only valid for the estimated time period as provided with your quote.
- Pricing is based on reference material provided and is subject to change if information, character details, client's requests, etc. is altered after quote has been provided.
- Shipping is not included with your quote and will be provided as a separate invoice upon commission completion.
- Pricing is subject to change between commission periods.Payment- Payment will only be accepted in USD through PayPal or Square based on client's preference.
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your commission slot for use towards materials.
- Remaining balance can be paid through a short term payment plan and will be discussed at time of commission acceptance to determine what best fits our and the client's needs.
- Payment must be made in full by completion of suit and prior to shipment of commission.
- Shipping will be provided as a separate invoice upon commission completion.Refunds
- The deposit of 30% is non-refundable.
- A refund will not be provided if the commission has been completed.
- If cancellation occurs during construction, refund amount will be determined based on how much progress has been made and time invested at our discretion. Remaining work will be altered into a different character to be sold as a premade.
- If cancellation occurs prior to any work having been started, client will receive a refund on any payments made after the deposit.Work in Progress- WIP (work in progress) images will be provided to the client regularly as updates occur.
- Client is responsible for reviewing WIP progress and providing feedback when necessary. Delay in response may impact originally quoted turnaround time.
- Minor changes as requested by client will be made at our discretion, otherwise feedback will be provided as to why change cannot be made.
- Major changes as requested by client may incur additional fees.
- If we have missed a detail communicated by the client prior to work being started, correction will be made accordingly.Completion Time
- We will do our best to meet any deadlines communicated to the client however we cannot guarantee a specific deadline unless a 30% rush fee has been confirmed and paid.
- Estimated wait time will be provided both in messages to client as well as be visible on our queue.Shipping
- Domestic (USA) shipping will be done through either UPS or USPS depending on pricing and availability. If client prefers an alternate carrier we will do our best to proceed accordingly.
- International shipping will be done through USPS. We are not responsible for any tariff or import fees billed to client.
- Tracking will be provided in all cases to client upon label creation.
- Client is responsible for providing a clear shipping address. If the commission is returned to us, client will be responsible for return shipping costs.Repairs & Warranty
- Damage or major flaws found within the first 30 days of receiving your commission will be done at no additional charge.
- After 30 days, repairs can still be made however there may be a fee based on severity of damage and work needed to correct.
- Client will ensure commission is clean prior to shipping for repairs.
- Any alterations to the commission not conducted by us may void future repairs.
- Client will be responsible for shipping costs for repairs.

Below is a general pricing guide and is subject to change based on the complexity of your character and any additional requests. A DTD (duct tape dummy) will be required for any full suit or bodysuit only commissions. Upon commission acceptance I will reach out for any necessary measurements.
